I was born in Eichstätt on 4 February 1973. I studied in Eichstätt, in Galway and in Boston and hold an M.A. in Irish Studies from Boston
College, a Magister in Anglistik from the Catholic University in Eichstätt and the Erstes Staatsexamen fürs Lehramt an Gymnasien for the subjects English and German. Since October 2000 I have been working on my dissertation in Würzburg on contemporary Irish drama. My interests include
- besides 007 - British and American film history, swimming, playing the guitar and all things Irish.
