On the Difficulty of Being White and Not Racist

In my paper, I want to pick up on the idea that it is difficult/impossible for white people not to be or act racist: It is a complex of knowledge, power and institutions that produces white dominance and authority; whites carry "racist knowledge" (Mark Terkessidis).
