Steven Corcoran is a doctoral candidate in the school of philosophy at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. His work bears on the political in Foucault and Deleuze. In 2001-2 he completed a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies at Paris X in 2001-2 on the concept of ideology in Zizek, and has now taken up residence in Berlin to complete his doctoral studies.
