Participants

Dominik Bertram
Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

I was born in Heidelberg in 1980. I grew up in Munich, before my family moved to Berlin. After getting my High School diploma at Los Altos High School, CA, I obtained the Abitur from Lise-Meitner-Schule in Berlin in 2000. In the fall of 2000 I enrolled at Humboldt University. My major field of interest is American Studies, specifically History and Politics. My minors are Modern History and Media Studies. I went to summer schools at SFSU (2001), and UCSB (2002), as well as a year at the University of Tulsa, OK.

Last semester I taught "Introduction to US cultural-studies". I was recently elected to the student government here at Humboldt University. At the moment I¹m doing an internship with the German Marshall Fund of the US.
