The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
Bond Actor: Roger Moore
Directed by Lewis Gilbert
Music by Marvin Hamlisch
Finally we're back to the Russians, who - strangely? - feature rather secondary in a series supposed to be set in the Cold War atmosphere. The film tries to go back to the more romantic tone established in From Russia With Love, and with Curd Jürgens, it again has a memorable portrayal of an adversary.
Still, there are some problems, mainly with the music and the increasingly annoying attempts at humor, especially with the figure of "Jaws".
